The more I look at it the more impressed I am! Everything is cleaner and brighter and he even got the crevice between the seats and center console cleaned out! Any stains that had accumulated throughout the years have gone, and Chris even shampooed the ceiling per my request. Although the ceiling give him some difficulties due to the material, I am still very pleased with the outcome. I could not be happier with their efforts, scheduling was a breeze, staff was very polite and I loved the fact that Chris was just as excited as I was to see the final result. 4 years agoAbsolutely beautiful job. I have a 5 year old high milage SUV and it looks new again. Truly did a full detailing of car, not just clean and vacuum. Car is spotless when I picked it up. Pretty good overall. It could use rinse nozzles down lower to rinse wheels better. My car isn’t the only one that I’ve seen with soapy wheels at the exit. The people that hose down the cars at the beginning could do a better job as well.
We have been coming here since it was Soapy Joe’s. Have always enjoyed the unlimited wash pass. Although I feel the service and quality is slowly and steadily moving backwards. Over the last few months Ive had to circle around to get the car rewashed several time’s. Today I went through 3 time’s and still have a dirty car. Upon reentering for the third time I spoke with the guy and he was short with me as if I was lying about being there. He even tried telling me it was putting tire shine on at the end. It didn’t as I had adjusted my mirrors to watch. Fully understand you have to compromise a little quality for the convenience, but that’s excessive.
Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had there. Normally, they have a person on both sides of the vehicle scrub the sides and back with a hand held scrubber but this latest visit there was only one person pulling cars in and all he did was spray the windshield with the extra spray. Nothing else was done and there is still dirty on my back windshield and all along the bottom of my car. This is not how they normally work and for $18 or was horrible!!
It is easy to access this automated car wash at its location. Easy to pay and enter. Attendant was friendly and helpful.
That’s the good part of the review. Now for the low rating.
This carwash left 2 large scuff marks across the hood of my car and more on the driver’s and rear door. There were no marks anywhere on the car before I entered this carwash. I had inspected my car, thoroughly, when I filled up for gas 15 mins before entering the carwash. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice these marks until 2 hours of nonstop driving across state.
I’m hoping it to be just soap/wax marks caused by the machine’s aggressive handling equipment during the wash/wax cycle. These marks can’t be removed by scratching off using fingernails or washcloth, so I have to get a solvent or go through multiple car washes to remove all the marks.
I won’t be back because of this.
If I could put zero stars I would! I went through this carwash for the first time we my brand new car. I came out with a still dirty front grill and Scratches all up my hood.
I talked to the manager about it and she told me that some dealers ships put a film on top of cars and that’s maybe it coming off. Side note my car came to me straight from the production line, so nope. She then said I probably laid something on my car and it scratched it.
You can clearly see in the pics that these marks these marks go side to side like the hanging brushes do on your car.
Needless to say, they will try to say/do whatever to not pay for damages done by their carwash.
DON’T GO HERE, JUST DON’T!!
