4 months ago! I thought my car looked good before but now it looks great, like black glass. Ceramic coating is really worth it especially on a black vehicle which I know is now less work keeping it looking it’s best! Ultimate detailing did a fantastic & fastidious job & I couldn’t be happier. Great group of guys who are true professionals & customer service is tops. I rarely give reviews but this is one I am happy to give. I will continue to use there services in the future as finding a business that is the best at what they do & have true pride in their work can be a rarity in this day & age. Kudos to Ultimate Detailing & thank you for a job well done.2 years agoJohnnie and his team were absolutely awesome start to finish. Had the 5 year ceramic with full interior detail, window tinting, and even had him swap out the car badges/bow ties to black ones. In doing so he had to remove the front bumper. In the process he found where the previous owner had broken the fog light and used epoxy to put it back in. He ordered new and swapped it out and was more than fair on the price. Can’t recommend them enough!a year agoI had them go through my truck that I drive daily for work. They performed a paint correction and 5 year ceramic protection coating. The truck looked better then the day I bought it from the dealership. They also worked me into the schdule. There is very few days out of the year I don’t need my truck to do my job. I can’t say enough about the quality of work they did.5 months agoToday, John Colwell did an exceptional job with the tint on my car! He deserves nothing less than a Nobel peace prize for the work he does. Can’t forget Johnny, he runs one heck of a great business, and I think the majority of our community can attest to that. 2 years agoUsed the manual wash. The carnuba wax didn’t work after a trying for a minute or so. Also, the prewash didn’t work great either. Wasted time and money on both. Nobody there to complain to.6 years agoThis place should be Titled; POOR QUALITY CAR-WASH………..Terrible car wash in kewanee,Illinois… The machine spray your car with soap then spray your car with water, the blow dryers NEVER drys the car completely and you drive off with dried-on Water-spots Evan when you pay $8.00 for spotless rinse😠😠😠… once your vehicle completely drys YOU can see on the windows & Body of vehicle a Film of Dirt…VERY Disappointing😕…So $8.00 DOWN the Drain😔…Then when you tell the guy there on Duty, he makes excuses for the Poor Quality of Service Like; “You don’t wash your vehicle enough” ‘machines not a miracle worker”, ‘Wow, How RUDE……Rip-off !!!!!!3 years agoI love this car wash and the owners! Pretty good car wash. I like how you can just slide your card instead of using cash or quarters. I haven’t tried going through the new automatic wash yet.
Since they installed the credit card readers in each car wash it’s much more convenient to just pop in and out when needed! Just wish more of the features worked on the dial.
Inexpensive if you wash your own car. I can do a great job for less than $5.00 and in about ten minutes. Facility is always clean.
Even though the car wash was experiencing technical difficulties, the attendant, so kind and pleasant, worked diligently to correct the issue and made sure I was able to get my car washed. Well done !! Thank you 😊
I used the manual car wash. I used pre soak, then high pressure wash, then cleaned it. I sprayed in all directions and left. My CAR WAS STILL DIRTY! ALSO, the manual doesn’t let you wash until YOU want to stop in which it should. I couldn’t use the no spot rinse (that doesn’t work anyway) I’m pretty mad. Money is hard to come by and this was a waste of $10.00
