Best customer service we’ve ever had at a car wash! I don’t have the name of the woman who helped us but she had mid length blonde hair. We were here around 10am on 5/12. We were passing through on the highway, and a semi truck next to us hit a dead deer in the road and it ended up all over our car. The worker here allowed us to go through the car wash a second time, gave us a few air fresheners, and provided spray and towels for us to do some stubborn spots. She was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this car wash ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ve now gone here twice. I came to Whitestown for business and I had traveled a good distant for business and decided to stop here to get my Range Rover cleaned. My Range Rover came out sparkly and clean. My favorite part is sweeping out my SUV self serve but I love it and it’s free to use. Staff is also great and helpful. I’ll definitely be back.
So I just moved to Whitestown Indiana 3mos ago. I went to this car wash June 19,2023 thinking I was gonna get a good wash and maybe get a membership since it’s up the road from my new house. Well I got my gas door pulled off and it was stuck into their machine. The guy that worked there saw it on their videos and was able to shut the machine down to get it out. However I did exactly what he told he told me to do. And he advised me that he would let the site manager know that it was their fault from the equipment…. I went and got all the estimates and has multiple texts messages from the site manager stating that that she/he has approved my claimed to get my car fix however it been a month and I yet to get my car fixed. I wished I could show all the texts I have received from site manager to show proof that I haven’t done anything wrong. So now I guess it’s best I take this to court and win my case for bigger then the estimate … these people not good people and have treated me so badly. I’ll never go back here again ! And I saw other reviews of bad things happen to others cars just sad.
My most recent visit on July 4th left me rather disappointed. After using the car wash service at 3:30pm, I noticed damage to my vehicle – the fuel cap cover was torn off, causing a noticeable dent near the fuel cap area.
I immediately reported the issue to an on-site employee who went and recovered the fuel cap cover still in the car wash, had me sign some paperwork, and assured me that a report would be filed and I would hear back from the corporate office within 48 hours. Regrettably, I didn’t receive any communication within this time frame.
After waiting for a week, I took the initiative to call customer service, hoping to expedite the resolution of the issue. I was again promised that my complaint would be escalated and that I would be contacted soon. However, I am still waiting for a response.
The lack of follow-up and communication regarding an issue of this nature is highly disappointing. I am now left with a damaged vehicle and no resolution in sight.
The Customer service here was amazing! My wash quality was very good! My car looks and shiny and it came out dry! The vacuums are very strong and the detail center is so convenient! I love the complimentary rags and interior cleaner they allow us to use. I will definitely be signing up for a membership here!
